These are the questions merchants ask before connecting Store Syria and in the first weeks after it, with the
short answer first. Each one points at the article that carries the long version, so read down the list and
follow a link when you need the detail behind the answer.

## Getting connected

**Do I need a separate Lynomia Chat account?**

No. The usual path makes one for you: you press **Create workspace** in Store Syria's **Communication &
Marketing** section, and Store Syria arranges the Lynomia Chat workspace and then connects your store's data
to it, with nothing for you to paste. See
[set up Lynomia Chat from Store Syria](store-syria-set-up-from-store-syria). If your team already works in
a Lynomia Chat workspace, keep it and
[connect the workspace you already have](store-syria-connect-an-existing-workspace) instead of starting a
second one.

**Is connecting automatic?**

Largely, but it is two steps rather than one. Store Syria arranges the workspace first and connects your
store data second, and the second can be refused while the first succeeds, which is why a brand-new workspace
sometimes opens with no Commerce section in it yet. Pressing the button on Store Syria's **Store data**
line — **Try again**, or **Complete store data setup** if it was never run — runs the unfinished half
again, and it does not create a second store.

**Can I connect more than one store?**

Yes, where your plan has room for it. A connection covers one store, and one store belongs to one Lynomia
Chat workspace, so a store already connected elsewhere is refused rather than moved. **Settings → Commerce**
shows how many of your plan's stores you have used; when they are all used, the next one is refused until you
upgrade the plan or disconnect a store.

**Can my employees use Lynomia Chat?**

Yes, and that is the point of it. Invite them the usual way and give each one a role — see
[invite your team](invite-your-team) — and every agent who can open a conversation sees the Store Syria
orders in it, with nothing in the Commerce section held back. Changing the connection is the exception:
connecting a store, replacing its token, disabling it and disconnecting it are **administrator** actions, and
each is recorded in the audit log.

## Your data

**What data is shared with Lynomia Chat?**

Your store's customers and their recent orders, read when an agent needs them. For a matched customer the
panel holds the **latest 5 orders**, each with its number, status, payment status, item count, total in the
store's own currency, the date it was placed and the name of the delivery method when Store Syria sends one.
Nothing is imported: an answer is reused for about 120 seconds, and if the store cannot be reached the last
one is served for up to 24 hours, labelled with the time it was fetched rather than passed off as current.

**Can I stop sharing orders?**

Yes, at two different strengths. **Settings → Commerce → the store → Disable** stops the store being read at
once and drops what was cached, while keeping the credentials so you can enable it again later; **Disconnect**
goes further and deletes the credentials along with every link between a contact and a store customer. Both
are administrator actions, and neither changes anything inside Store Syria —
[manage your Store Syria connection](store-syria-manage-the-connection) sets out both in full.

## Changing or ending the connection

**Will disconnecting delete my conversations?**

No. Disconnecting deletes the store's credentials, its cached orders and its customer links, including links
an agent made by hand. **Every contact and every conversation is kept**, messages included, so the history of
what your team said about an order reads exactly as it did; what changes is that the Commerce section stops
showing Store Syria.

**What happens if my subscription changes?**

Store data is a plan feature, so the plan decides whether it is available at all. On a plan that does not
include it, there is no Commerce section and no Commerce settings page, and a connection attempt is refused
with the plan given as the reason; on a plan whose store limit is already used, the next store is refused
until you upgrade or disconnect one. Which plan carries what is a question for whoever sells you yours.

**Why is there no Disconnect button on the Store Syria connection?**

Because Store Syria created that workspace and manages the authorization behind it. Ending the authorization
from your side alone would remove the access the whole integration rests on while Store Syria went on
reporting a healthy connection, so the entry under **Connected platforms** says instead that the connection
should be ended from Store Syria. Your store data is separate, and an administrator can still disconnect the
store itself under **Settings → Commerce**.

## Day to day

**Why does it say connected but I see no orders?**

Two different things wear the same word. Store Syria can report the workspace half as connected while the
store-data half never finished, so check **Settings → Commerce** for a Store Syria store listed as **Active**
— that is the real test, and if it is missing,
[Store Syria store data did not connect](store-syria-data-did-not-connect) gives every reason in the words
you will see. If the store is Active and one conversation is still empty, that is matching rather than the
connection: it is exact, on a normalized email address or a phone number in international form, names are
never used, and a customer who shopped under an address you do not hold simply does not match until an agent
searches the store and links them by hand.

**Can an agent find an older order?**

Yes. The panel holds the latest 5 orders per customer, and **Find an order** looks up any order by the number
the customer quotes, digits only. The result may belong to a different customer, because the search reads the
store's orders rather than this contact's.

**Can I refund or cancel an order from Lynomia Chat?**

No, and no order action is planned. Lynomia Chat reads Store Syria and never writes to it: no status change,
no cancel, no refund, no resending a store email. That is the design rather than a gap — your store stays the
system of record, and the agent copies the order number into the reply and acts on it in Store Syria.

**Is there a tracking number?**

No. Store Syria does not send one, so none reaches Lynomia Chat and none is shown, and because there is
nothing to send there is no tracking link, no **Send tracking** control and no shipment line on the order
card. The order's own status chip is the whole of what is known: **Shipped** means it has left the store and
**Delivered** means the customer has it. See
[Store Syria orders beside a conversation](store-syria-in-the-conversation) for the full set of statuses.

## Getting help

**How do I contact support, and what should I tell them?**

Raise a ticket at **Help & Support → New ticket**, and work through
[Store Syria store data did not connect](store-syria-data-did-not-connect) first, because most of what you
would write a ticket about has a named cause and a fix there. Tell support three things: which store, by the
name it carries in Store Syria; roughly when it stopped working, since that rules out more causes than any
other sentence; and one specific example, where an order number serves better than a description. **Never put
a connection code, a token or a password in a ticket**, or a screenshot showing one — a credential in a
ticket is a credential you then have to retire. [Raising a ticket with Lynomia](contact-lynomia-support) has
the rest.

## Limits

- **Read-only throughout.** No order action exists for Store Syria, and none is planned.
- **The latest 5 orders per customer**, so every count and total beside a conversation is visible, not
  lifetime.
- **No tracking number, no tracking link and no shipment line** on the order card.
- **Matching is exact**, on email or an international phone number. Names are never matched or searched.
- **One store, one workspace**, and your plan sets how many stores you may connect.
- **No Overview tab with a single store.** [Customer 360](customer-360) appears once you have more than one
  connected store.
