A customer conversations platform: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, LINE, SMS, email and your website chat in one inbox for a team, with routing, saved replies, automation, campaigns, reporting and a documented API. It is built and operated by Lynomia.
How we describe it
Every capability on this site is one that exists in the product today, and where it needs a setting, a credential or a plan entitlement before it works, the page says so on the card rather than leaving it out. We do not publish uptime figures we do not measure, certifications we do not hold, or prices we have not set. If something is in beta, it says beta. If something does not exist, we say that too — the features pages name what the product next to them will not do.
Arabic is the original, not a translation
The Arabic pages of this site are written in Arabic and are the unprefixed address; English lives under /en. The documentation is published in both languages, and the agent interface is available in over fifty. That is a deliberate choice about which market this product is built for first.
