What you can connect
The services below connect to a Lynomia Chat workspace. Where a connection needs a credential you issue, or a setting switched on for your account, that is stated on the card.
Channels
Connecting a channel provider — WhatsApp, Twilio, Bandwidth, Meta, LINE, Telegram — is described on the channel's own page.
ChannelsAPI and webhooks
Building your own connection with webhooks, the REST API, a dashboard app or the widget SDK is covered by the API and webhooks page.

Needs: your Google Cloud project id and service-account credentials.
Video calls
Start a video call from inside a conversation, using your own Cloudflare RealtimeKit account; the link appears in the conversation for the customer to join.
Needs: your Cloudflare account id, app id and API token.
Linear setup needed
Create a Linear issue from a conversation, or link an existing one, so a bug a customer reported is tracked where your engineers work.
Needs: the Linear integration enabled for your account — it is off by default — and Linear credentials configured on this installation.
LeadSquared setup needed
Push contacts and conversation activity into a LeadSquared CRM you already run.
Needs: the CRM integration enabled for your account; it is off by default.
