Zid setup needed
Zid is the other platform a large share of Gulf stores run on, and the connection behaves the same way: the customer's orders sit beside the conversation instead of in another tab.
Needs:
the commerce module enabled for your account, and a connected Zid app.
What the Zid connection does
Orders matched to the customer
Recent orders and their status appear in the conversation panel, matched by the identities on the contact record.
Connected through Zid's own authorisation
You authorise it from Zid and can withdraw it there.
Verified incoming updates
Store updates are verified against the authentication Zid's own documentation specifies before they are accepted.
Worth knowing
Read-only in the conversation: acting on an order happens in Zid. The commerce module is off until enabled for your account.
