WooCommerce setup needed
WooCommerce runs on your own WordPress site, and this connection reads from it with keys you issue, so an agent answering "where is my order" has the answer on the screen in front of them.
Needs:
the commerce module enabled for your account, and your WooCommerce store keys.
What the WooCommerce connection does
Orders matched to the customer
Recent orders, their status and their contents appear in the conversation panel, matched to the contact by the identities already on their record.
Keys you issue and can revoke
The connection uses WooCommerce REST keys generated in your own store, so access stays yours to withdraw.
Updates from the store
Order and cart changes arrive from WooCommerce rather than being polled, so what the agent reads is current.
Worth knowing
Read-only in the conversation: refunds, cancellations and edits happen in WooCommerce. The commerce module is off until enabled for your account.
