Facebook Messenger setup needed
Page messages stop living in one person's Facebook login: they arrive in the shared inbox, get assigned, labelled and reported on like every other conversation.

What the Messenger channel carries
Connect your page with a sign-in
You authorise the page from the dashboard and choose which pages to connect. Your page permissions stay with you and can be withdrawn from Facebook at any time.
Messages, media and story replies
Text, images, files and the message types Messenger supports arrive in the conversation and are answered from the same reply box.
Routing and reporting
Assignment policies, labels, notes, automation rules and the conversation reports all apply, so Messenger is not a separate workflow.
Worth knowing
This channel appears only on an installation where a Facebook application is configured and the Messenger channel is enabled for your account. Meta's own messaging windows and policies apply to when a page may message a person.
