Audiences
An audience is a contact filter with a name, shared with the team. It is built once and reused — in campaigns, in automation, and the next time somebody asks for "the customers in Kuwait who bought last month".
Why a named filter beats a list
Built from the fields you already keep
Labels, custom attributes, channel, country, last activity — whatever is on the contact can narrow an audience.
Shared, not personal
An audience belongs to the workspace, so the definition your colleague used last month is the one you can check and reuse today.
Reused across campaigns
The same audience can drive a WhatsApp campaign, an SMS campaign and an automation rule without being rebuilt each time.
Worth knowing
An audience is a saved filter, evaluated when it is used — not a frozen list. A contact who starts matching tomorrow is in it tomorrow, which is usually what you want and is worth knowing before a send.
