Store Syria can take you straight into Lynomia Chat. You press Open Lynomia Chat in Store Syria, and you arrive already signed in, without typing an email address or a password.
What it hands you is an ordinary Lynomia Chat session. Same workspace, same role, same inboxes you would reach by signing in yourself. The shortcut saves the typing; it does not create a second, lesser way of being signed in.

What you need first
- A Store Syria store already connected to a Lynomia Chat workspace — see set up Lynomia Chat from Store Syria or connect a Lynomia Chat workspace you already have.
- A Lynomia Chat user of your own in that workspace. The shortcut signs a person in; it does not invent one.
- A Communication & Marketing section in your Store Syria menu. If it is not there, Lynomia Chat is not switched on for your installation, and that is not something you can change from your store.
Steps
- In Store Syria, open Communication & Marketing → Overview.
- Press Open Lynomia Chat on the workspace card.
- Store Syria asks Lynomia Chat for a sign-in link for you, then sends you to it.
- Lynomia Chat opens with you signed in.
You land in the workspace your store is connected to, in the inbox you would normally see. If instead you land on the sign-in page, the link was spent or had lapsed — see below, and sign in normally.
Which workspace it opens, and who it signs in as
Both are settled before the link is made, and neither is chosen by the browser that follows it.
| What is fixed | How it is decided |
|---|---|
| The workspace | The Lynomia Chat workspace this Store Syria store is connected to |
| The person | The Lynomia Chat user belonging to whoever pressed the shortcut |
| How long it lasts | A few minutes from the moment it is made |
| How many times it works | Once |
Lynomia Chat will not make a link into a workspace the person does not belong to. It refuses outright rather than quietly handing back something broader, so the shortcut cannot become a side door into another workspace that person happens to be a member of.
The link is one-time and short-lived
Following the link spends it. A second attempt fails, even seconds later and in the same browser. Reloading the page after you arrive does not sign you out, but going back to the link will not sign you in again. Press the shortcut in Store Syria instead, and a fresh link is made.
It also lapses on its own after a few minutes, whether or not anyone used it. A link left in a tab yesterday is dead today.
For those few minutes the link is a credential. Anyone who follows it is signed in as you, with everything you can see and do. Do not bookmark it, paste it into a chat, or forward it to a colleague who needs access. Give them their own Lynomia Chat user instead.
A dead link looks like an ordinary sign-in failure
This is the part worth knowing in advance. There is no separate message for an expired or reused shortcut. You get the ordinary sign-in failure: "Username or password is incorrect. Please try again."
The wording is misleading here. Nothing is wrong with your password, your user, or your workspace. The link had simply already been used or had run out.
The fix is to sign in the normal way on the page you are already looking at, with your email address and your password. If you have never set one — because your workspace was created for you from Store Syria — use Forgot your password? on that page and set one. Then carry on. You can keep using the shortcut afterwards.
A dead link is not a sign that the connection broke. Signing in and your store-data connection are separate things, and one says nothing about the other. If you want to be sure your orders are still reaching Lynomia Chat, sign in and look at Settings → Commerce — the store should be listed and Active. See manage your Store Syria connection.
How your staff reach Lynomia Chat
Being an employee in Store Syria is not by itself a way into Lynomia Chat. The two keep their own people and their own roles, and a Store Syria permission does not carry across. Every colleague needs their own Lynomia Chat user in the connected workspace.
- In Lynomia Chat, invite the colleague — see invite your team — with the email address they will use, and give them a role as you do.
- They accept the invitation and set a password.
- From then on they can sign in normally, or press the shortcut in Store Syria.
Step 1 happens on this page, where everyone in the workspace is listed with the role you gave them.

The shortcut signs in the person pressing it, so it only works for someone who already has a user in that workspace. Until that user exists there is nobody for it to sign in as, and no amount of pressing will get them in. Invite them first.
It never changes what someone is allowed to do, either. The role you gave them in Lynomia Chat decides what they see, whichever way they arrived.
Who can do this
Anyone with a Lynomia Chat user in the connected workspace who can reach the Communication & Marketing section in Store Syria. This is not an administrator action — agents use the shortcut too. Which of your Store Syria staff can reach that section at all is decided in Store Syria.
Limits
- It signs a person in, and nothing more. No user is created, no role is granted, and no store data is connected or repaired by using it.
- One use and a few minutes. The link is not reusable, not shareable, and lapses on its own.
- It opens one workspace — the one this store is connected to.
- No specific expiry message exists. A spent or lapsed link reports the ordinary sign-in failure, which is why this article exists.

If it does not work
"Username or password is incorrect. Please try again." The link was already used, or it had lapsed. Sign in on that same page with your email address and password, and press the shortcut again next time.
I have never had a Lynomia Chat password. Your workspace was created for you, so no password was ever set. Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to set one, then sign in.
A colleague presses the shortcut and does not get in. They have no Lynomia Chat user in this workspace yet. Invite them in Lynomia Chat first — see invite your team.
I got in, but there is no Commerce section anywhere. Signing in worked; the store-data half of the setup is what is missing. Work through Store Syria store data did not connect.
There is no Communication & Marketing section in my Store Syria menu. It is switched off for your installation. Ask whoever runs your Store Syria installation; there is no setting for this in your own admin.
