Lynomia Chat

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is the channel most of our customers start with, and it is connected to the same inbox your team already works in. Messages arrive with their delivery and read status, approved templates are managed inside the product, and a conversation keeps its history whatever your agents do next.

You supply:

a WhatsApp Business account, connected through guided signup or your own API credentials.

What the WhatsApp channel carries

Three ways to connect

Guided signup through Meta where this installation is configured for it, your own WhatsApp Cloud API credentials, or WhatsApp through your Twilio account. Which routes appear depends on how your installation is set up.

Approved templates, managed in the product

Create a template, submit it to Meta, follow its approval status and fill in its variables when you send. One workspace can hold more than one WhatsApp Business account.

Campaigns to a saved audience

Send an approved template to a contact filter your team has saved, then read per-recipient delivery reporting. Needs the WhatsApp campaigns setting enabled for your account.

Guided conversations

The flow builder lays out a step-by-step WhatsApp conversation visually and lets you inspect a session afterwards. Available for WhatsApp Cloud inboxes when the setting is enabled for your account.

Status on every message

Sent, delivered, read and failed are shown per message, and a failure carries the provider's own error so your team knows whether to retry or to fix something.

Everything the inbox already does

Assignment, labels, private notes, mentions, canned responses, automation rules and reports all work on WhatsApp conversations exactly as they do on the rest.

Worth knowing

Templates are approved by Meta, not by Lynomia: approval times and rejections are Meta's. Voice and WhatsApp calling are not part of this product, and WhatsApp through 360dialog is not offered.
