Reports
Reports answer the questions a support manager actually has: how much came in, how fast it was answered, which channels carry the load, and whether the last campaign did anything.
What is reported
Conversations
Volume, first response and resolution times, and a breakdown by inbox, channel, team and agent over the date range you choose.
Template sends and delivery outcomes, so a failed campaign is visible as a number rather than a rumour.
Campaigns, automation and flows
What ran, how often, and what it produced — reported per campaign, per rule and per flow.
Your own timezone
A date range means what it says in your timezone, which matters when "yesterday" is being compared across offices.
Per-contact history
A contact's activity timeline shows what happened with that one customer, in order, which is the report an agent needs mid-conversation.
Worth knowing
Reports are read in the product; there is no CSV export of the analytics dashboards (customer satisfaction responses can be exported). There is no revenue or order-value reporting — this product reports on conversations, not on your takings.
